Happy Holidays! How About Some Chocolate Pistachio Cookies ?

A small gift from me to you- Still looking for a last minute present for your family, friends or holiday guests? These Chocolate Pistachio Cookies are a favorite of mine to make and give as gifts in unique boxes. I found the recipe originally in the 2006 Martha Stewart Holiday cookie magazine and make them often when a delicious 'rich' dessert is needed to close out a good meal.

Just like a good truffle- 3 to 5 per box does the trick. Fairly easy to make these are very rich and certainly my favorite!
