I am often asked how i keep up with so much content. The truth is a combination of the tools i use and the time i spend. I use multiple tools to consumer the hundreds of RSS feeds that i subscribe to and utilize various methods. One of the tools i use is Google Reader.One of the things i like about Google Reader is that i can 'share' things.
